I know EXACTLY how it feels to try everything, and feel as though nothing is working. For over 10 years, I wrestled with multiple health issues, weight-loss resistance, adrenal fatigue. hormone imbalances, chronic pain, thyroid problems, gut issues, blood sugar problems and more!

As a result of my own frustrations, I’ve spent years searching for answers and surrounding myself with the smartest and most knowledgeable people in the health and wellness industry. What I learned completely revolutionized my approach to health. My approach is entirely different and so are the results my clients achieve.

I believe we are most equipped to help the person we once were!

My name is Kate, and I’m a holistic personal trainer, health coach, and kinesiologist, and the founder of Life with Kate. I work with women around the world to help them heal from chronic health issues and address them at their roots. My approach focuses on nurturing both the mind and body and balancing the nervous system, which plays a crucial role in regulating every system within the body. I believe that our physical state mirrors our mental and emotional state—and that true wellness begins with an empowered mindset.
