3 Tools To Continue to Nurture your Nervous System
1Continue to nourish your body. Kelp flakes, brazil nuts, bone broth, olive oil and Celtic Sea Salt are nutrient-rich foods that could help you continue to optimize your health.
2Continue to engage in regular exercise. Learning how to work with your body and hormones, and time your workouts according to your cycle will absolutely transform your health and allow you to achieve a new level of health and fitness.
3Morning sunlight exposure. Morning sunlight is natural blue light, which helps regulate your circadian rhythm. It stimulates the production of serotonin (promotes feelings of well-being and relaxation) while also triggering the release of melatonin (aids in restful sleep).
How Healing Happens
Hi! I’m Kate.
After living with more than 20 chronic symptoms for over a decade — and doing “all the right things” without lasting relief — I discovered what was actually driving them: a nervous system stuck in survival mode.
Everything shifted when my body finally felt safe.
Today, as a holistic personal trainer, health coach, and kinesiologist, I help women heal by addressing what most approaches miss — nervous system regulation.
Healing isn’t about fixing your body. It’s about restoring safety so your body can rebalance naturally.

3 Tools to Continue to Heal your Nervous System
1Focus on processing emotions. When we do not feel our feelings and we stuff them, they move into the unconscious mind and trigger the "fight or flight" nervous system. Start by journaling about what is disturbing your peace.
2Pay attention to your breathe. If we breathe erratically and quickly, we probably move that way, make decisions that way and experience our emotions that way.
3Rest. Nervous system regulation often stems from the inability to rest. If we can't slow down long enough to enter a parasympathetic state of repair, how can our bodies heal? If you want rest, you have to take it.

Based on your responses, there are several signs that your nervous system may need professional evaluation. It's important to seek medical advice to understand your symptoms better.
3 Things You Can Do Now
1Get off social media. Our nervous system was NOT designed for it! Social media use is proven to significantly increase sympathetic "fight or fight" nervous system activity. The entire body is a big circuit board of electrical and chemical communication and when the nervous system is out of balance,, your mental and physical health are VERY likely to suffer!
2Grounding. Get your bare feet on the earth for 5 minutes.
3Exhale twice as long as inhale. Inhale for a count of 4, exhale for a count of 8. Do this ten times.
