Hi, I’m Kate!
For years, I struggled with chronic health issues that controlled my life — gut problems, headaches, anxiety, insomnia, hormonal imbalances, chronic pain, skin issues, allergies. If you name it, I probably had it. I held it all together on the outside. On the inside, I was falling apart.
I spent thousands of hours researching and thousands of dollars on root cause practitioners, and my entire day revolved around trying to heal — the supplements, the protocols, the food prep, the appointments. My health was my full-time job. And every time I tested, they found something new. Another imbalance. Another deficiency. Another thing to fix. So I'd fix it — and then there'd be another one. I was stuck in an endless loop of chasing the next root cause and never actually getting better.
I know what it feels like to do everything right and still feel terrible. I know the hopelessness. The brokenness. The moment you stop believing it's going to get better. And I also know what it feels like when something finally shifts — when hope comes back and your body starts responding in ways you'd given up on. That's why I'm here. Since my own healing, I've helped thousands of people around the world do the same.
My days used to be filled with a rotating carousel of the following symptoms:
Chronic neck pain & headaches, SI joint dysfunction (Sciatica), IBS (Bloating)
Eczema and Dermatitis, Tarsal Tunnel (Foot Pain) & Shin Splints, Adrenal Fatigue, Hyperthyroidism
Hormonal Imbalance, Insomnia, Seasonal Allergies, Migraines, Chronic back pain, Anxiety
I’m familiar with the struggle and feelings of hopelessness, brokenness, frustration, and despair. And I also know what it's like to feel hope rise again. To dare to believe in what's possible — and watch it come true.
It is my deepest desire to have my own journey propel you into healing along your own path. After riding this rollercoaster of a health journey for over a decade and figuratively earning my PhD in chronic pain and chronic health issues, I hit my breakthrough. It was a true awakening. I made a drastic shift in my approach: when it comes to healing, who you are BEING is more important than what you are DOING.
What Changed Everything
After riding that rollercoaster for over a decade, I finally had a breakthrough. And it wasn’t another protocol — it was an understanding.
For years, I had been waking up every day as someone who was suffering and trying desperately to heal. My life was driven by effort, fear, and constant striving. Without realizing it, all of that “doing” was sending my nervous system a powerful danger signal.
I believed I couldn’t be okay until I was fully healed. That belief kept my body stuck on high alert — constantly scanning for threats.
I wasn’t broken. My nervous system was stuck in survival mode.
And when I stopped fighting my body and started creating safety instead — in my mind, in my body, and in the way I related to myself — healing began to unfold.
I was BEING unwell — and it wasn’t until I moved out of chronic fear mode and stopped fighting my body that I began to watch healing unfold.
It became crystal clear not only in my own life but in the lives of thousands that I was working with that our bodies are simply a reflection of what is going on in our minds. The MIND and BODY must work as one: we cannot expect separate performances; rather, they share the same stage.
Since this realization, I’ve witnessed thousands (myself included) eat a clean, nourishing and nutrient dense diet, supplement, exercise in moderation, meditate, get good sleep, and literally do all the healthy things, etc., etc., and still not heal. It’s become crystal clear that our physical body is a direct reflection of what’s going on in our minds, brain, and nervous system. Our thoughts, feelings, and emotions create who we are BEING, and this collective focus is what’s being communicated —wired and installed—into the nervous system all day long. This is the foundation of how I help people heal — not just with protocols, but by transforming the way we become in our bodies.

Life with Kate exists to share the lifesaving answers I’ve found through lived experience — what’s helped, what hasn’t, and how healing actually becomes possible.
The answers that changed my life came when I stopped trying to force healing and started working with my nervous system instead of against it.
The health and wellness space is full of misinformation, fad trends, and conflicting advice. My goal is to cut through the noise with guidance that is grounded in nervous system science, rooted in lived experience, and delivered with the kind of honesty and compassion I wish someone had given me when I was at my lowest.
This is a place where I speak openly about what worked, what didn’t, and what actually helps people heal — meeting you exactly where you are, because I’ve stood there too.
My goal is to bring you clarity — to help you cut through the confusion and noise with answers that are realistic, achievable, and easy to understand.

Every symptom you're experiencing is your nervous system doing exactly what it was designed to do in the presence of perceived threat. When we shift the internal environment from danger to safety, the body can finally do what it's always been trying to do: heal.

You can do all the healthy things and still not heal — because your nervous system isn't responding to your supplements. It's responding to your stress, your self-criticism, your fear, and the state you're in while you take them.
Healing requires more than the right protocol.
It requires becoming safe in your own body.
This is not a theory — it's neuroscience.
The mind-body connection has been proven by decades of research. We cannot separate the body from the mind when trying to heal. Your thoughts, emotions, and internal state are being communicated to every system in your body, all day long. This is the foundation of how I help people heal — not just with what to do, but by transforming who you're being while you do it.
