Hi, I’m Kate!
My approach to healing is shaped by my own humbling, life-altering journey with chronic pain and ongoing health issues. I know exactly what it feels like to wake up with barely enough energy to get out of bed — and still have to fight your way through another day.
I tried EVERYTHING to heal, only to watch my health continue to decline with little to no improvement. I spent thousands of hours researching, working with countless practitioners, and testing expensive, restrictive protocols — all to no avail. I know what it means to suffer — and I know what it takes to come out on the other side.
That’s why my work today is rooted in lived experience, nervous system science, and the deep understanding that healing begins with safety—not force.
I get it. And I will meet you exactly where you are — because my feet have stood there too.
My days used to be filled with a rotating carousel of the following symptoms:
Chronic neck pain & headaches, SI joint dysfunction (Sciatica), IBS (Bloating)
Eczema and Dermatitis, Tarsal Tunnel (Foot Pain) & Shin Splints, Adrenal Fatigue, Hyperthyroidism
Hormonal Imbalance, Insomnia, Seasonal Allergies, Migraines, Chronic back pain, Anxiety
I’m familiar with the struggle and feelings of hopelessness, brokenness, frustration, and despair. And I also know what it's like to feel hope rise again. To dare to believe in what's possible — and watch it come true.
It is my deepest desire to have my own journey propel you into healing along your own path. After riding this rollercoaster of a health journey for over a decade and figuratively earning my PhD in chronic pain and chronic health issues, I hit my breakthrough. It was a true awakening. I made a drastic shift in my approach: when it comes to healing, who you are BEING is more important than what you are DOING.
What I Couldn't See At The Time
For a long time, I was waking up every day being someone who was suffering and trying desperately to heal. My life was driven by effort, fear, and constant striving — and without realizing it, all of that “doing” was sending my brain and nervous system a powerful danger signal.
I believed I couldn’t be okay or safe until I was fully healed. That belief kept my body stuck on high alert — hyper-aware, hyper-vigilant, and constantly scanning for threats. I wasn’t broken… but my nervous system was living in survival mode.
I was BEING unwell—and it wasn’t until I moved out of chronic fear mode and stopped fighting my body that I began to watch healing unfold.
It became crystal clear not only in my own life but in the lives of thousands that I was working with that our bodies are simply a reflection of what is going on in our minds. The MIND and BODY must work as one: we cannot expect separate performances; rather, they share the same stage.
Since this realization, I’ve witnessed thousands (myself included) eat a clean, nourishing and nutrient dense diet, supplement, exercise in moderation, meditate, get good sleep, and literally do all the healthy things, etc., etc., and still not heal. It’s become crystal clear that our physical body is a direct reflection of what’s going on in our minds, brain, and nervous system. Our thoughts, feelings, and emotions create who we are BEING, and this collective focus is what’s being communicated —wired and installed—into the nervous system all day long. This is the foundation of how I help people heal — not just with protocols, but by transforming the way we become in our bodies.

Life with Kate exists to share the lifesaving answers I’ve found through lived experience — what’s helped, what hasn’t, and how healing actually becomes possible.
This is a place where I openly talk about my pain and struggles, speak honestly about what’s worked and what hasn’t, and offer you steady, compassionate guidance along the way.
My life has led me down a path of deep learning — not just about health, but about what it truly takes to heal. Along the way, I’ve researched extensively, learned from leading health experts, and lived through the trial-and-error myself. What matters most to me now is sharing the clarity, freedom, and answers that genuinely made a difference.
The health and wellness space is full of misinformation, fad trends, and conflicting advice. At Life with Kate, the focus is on cutting through the noise — offering guidance that is grounded, realistic, achievable, and easy to understand.
Just as I’ve learned to do, this is where you can begin to make your mess your message — and your pain your purpose. I truly hope that my life’s journey brings healing to yours. Life is meant to be lived fully alive.

Leave the Victim Mindset Behind
To begin this shift, we have to leave the victim mindset behind and step into a new way of being. Things don’t happen to us — they happen for us. When our mind is thriving, the body follows. No amount of top-grade supplements, organic foods, or protocols can replace this work — and I am living proof of that.
Who you’re being and how you’re feeling matters more than anything when it comes to healing. Our insides — who we’re being — are what the outside (physical) body is revealing.
The mind–body connection is no longer a theory, but a powerful link proven by neuroscientists. We cannot separate the body from the mind when trying to heal — and decades of research now confirm this truth.
Journey to Self-Discovery
Healing requires more than fixing symptoms — it requires self-discovery. This is the process of turning inward and learning to understand yourself instead of constantly searching for answers outside of you.
As you begin to recognize patterns in how you think, feel, and respond to life, clarity starts to emerge. You learn to listen to your body instead of fighting it. This is where awareness replaces fear—and healing stops feeling like an endless battle.
This journey isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about remembering who you were before survival took over.
Regulate Your Nervous System
It is my greatest passion to teach you how to heal and regulate your own nervous system — because this is the system that all other systems in your body report to: immune, digestive, cardiovascular, endocrine, lymphatic, reproductive, and more. A dysregulated nervous system will absolutely hinder your healing. When the body doesn’t feel safe, it cannot repair — it will remain stuck in survival.
Once you shift from dysregulation into regulation, your body finally has the space to heal. Possibility opens. Not because something new appears — but because fear is no longer running the show.
