My Style of Training
As a holistic personal trainer, my highest priority is your health — because without it, results don’t last.
After more than 20 years in the fitness industry, I’ve seen the same mistake repeated again and again: programs that chase aesthetics at the expense of the body. Excessive training, chronic under-fueling, and constant pushing may produce short-term changes, but they ultimately disrupt hormones, slow metabolism, impair recovery, and stall long-term progress.
More is not better.
Smarter is better.
As a kinesiologist, I focus on how your body moves, how it’s aligned, and how well it’s supported. Proper form, posture, and muscle balance aren’t just about avoiding injury — they’re what allow you to train consistently, stay pain-free, and make real, sustainable progress toward your aesthetic goals.
My approach is hormone- and nervous-system-informed. I teach you how to work with your body instead of against it — training in a way that supports metabolism, recovery, and hormonal balance rather than overwhelming the system. We find your exercise sweet spot, because too much training drives stress hormones higher, sabotages fat loss, and creates frustration instead of results.
When you stop compromising health in the name of progress, everything changes.
Your body responds. Your energy improves. Your physique follows.
This is how you build a lean, athletic body — and feel better than ever while doing it.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I do MOVE?
If you're just starting out, aim for 2–3 workouts per week with rest days in between. If you’re intermediate to advanced, you can work up to 3–4 workouts per week. Always prioritize recovery — consistency matters more than intensity.
What do I do after I've completed all the workouts?
Start back at the beginning or switch between beginner and advanced versions. Strength, balance, and confidence are built through repetition and consistency, not constantly chasing new workouts.
What equipment do I need?
You’ll need a pair of dumbbells (3–20 lbs) and a resistance loop band. That’s it.
How long are the workouts?
Most MOVE workouts are 30–40 minutes, making them easy to fit into a busy schedule. You can follow the program 2–4 times per week, move at your own pace, and adjust as needed based on your energy and recovery.
Is MOVE available in an app?
Yes! You can now access any of your Life with Kate programs on the Life with Kate App.
Is MOVE appropriate if I’m getting back into strength training?
Yes. MOVE is designed with clear cues, thoughtful progressions, and multiple levels, so you can start where you are and build strength safely over time.
Do I need to be pain-free or “in shape” to start?
No. MOVE is built to help you develop strength, stability, and confidence gradually, without pushing through pain or overtraining. You’re encouraged to listen to your body and modify as needed.
How long do I have access to the program?
You receive lifetime access to both MOVE 1.0 and MOVE 2.0, so you can revisit the workouts whenever you want.
